CREPES TIME! DC9-G5

This week Pastry Practical Class for dc9-g5 with Chef Jean Michel, made crepes.
Crepes basically using flour, eggs, milk ,butter and seasoning.
We made 3 types of crepes :
1. Crepes Normandes
2. Crepes Forrees
3. Aumoniere de crepe creme anglaise
